Terms and Conditions

Payment shall be as follows: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount due is required upon signing and returning this contract

Payment may be made by personal check, money order, or MasterCard, VISA or American Express. Checks should be made payable to "Artistic Video Productions."

If payment is made by credit card, the balance of the total amount due will be charged to your account on pickup. If payment is made by check, the balance due must be paid in full on pickup.

Personal checks that are returned for insufficient funds will be charged an additional fee of $20 per check. Payment for such checks returned must be made by bank check, certified check, or money order and must be for the amount of the original check plus $20.00.

Texas residents are required to add 8.25% sales tax to all orders.

Orders shall be completed by Artistic Video Productions within ten (10) working days following the date our office has received all necessary photos, music, and required payments.

Artistic Video Productions exercises the utmost care with respect to the video services and products offered. Any liability of Artistic Video Productions is limited to amounts paid.

No videotape, either in progress or completed, may leave the studio until the balance due is paid in full.
